KinLeigh Creations Policy and Terms

Rudeness and threats to us or this business of any kind will not be tolerated. 

All orders are considered custom. I do not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind due to the nature of custom orders. If there is something defective about your order, you must contact me the day you receive it with pictures. 

All orders must be paid before I order anything or start the order. My shop turnaround time is set at two weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, and we agree on a certain date, then it may be completed sooner. 

Once a mock-up is approved by you and the item has been printed, there will be a fee for anything that needs to be correct. 

You agree to these terms at the time of payment.
